Athletes can request to transfer their entry to a lesser or greater distance up until such time as that race distance is sold out. For more information on how to complete a transfer please click here

All runners in UTA100 and UTAMiler need to have their mandatory gear checked before they can collect their race pack at race check-In.

UTA50/22/11 are not required to get their mandatory gear checked, but must carry all items throughout the race.

Athletes will be advised at the following times if the items marked as "weather dependant" listed above must be carried on the day:

UTA11: 10:00am on Wednesday 12 May UTA22 and UTAMiler: 9:00am on Thursday 13 May UTA100: 10:00am on Friday 14 May

Athlete check-in is located at KCC Auditorium, Katoomba

Thursday 13th May 2027 9:00am - 7:30pm Friday 14th May 2027 10:00am - 7:00pm

You will need to provide photo ID (preferably a drivers licence or passport) and your mandatory gear/pre-inspection certificate to be issued with your race pack.
